DJI Enterprise Shield provides 1-year coverage period for a variety of flexible and reliable accident coverage including pilot error, signal interference, drop or event water damage via repair service, product replacement and the option to share coverage across a fleet of enterprise products. In addition, the leader company in unmanned aerial system manufacturer also offers free delivery for 2-days ground or even overnight option which helps the customers enjoy an optimum replacement plan service. And the new backup device service, DJI gives their enterprise customers the peace of mind, never miss any project and they just need to focus on the mission.

Before purchasing DJI Enterprise Shield, let check whether your unmanned aerial systems are in the range of product support and it should meet the following conditions:

Brand-new drone or payload that is not activated or activated less than 48 hours.
Repaired in an official DJI Service Center and within 72 hours of receiving an email invitation

Currently, the Enterprise Shield is not available worldwide, only applied to customers in USA, Canada, and Mainland China. Important note that this comprehensive insurance only is used once to one specific product, and provides in the country or region where it is purchased.
